Comments: 8A woman who briefly worked for ex-Met Lenny Dykstra has filed legal papers accusing him of soliciting a sexual act, then groping her and tossing her on a bed in his Los Angeles mansion when she refused.
The San Diego woman, identified in the US Bankruptcy Court complaint as Jacqueline Massaro, said she was hired last May 21 as Dykstra's "estate manager/personal assistant" -- and was fired two days later, after the confrontation, according to the papers, which were posted on the TheSmokingGun.com
Massaro claimed she'd been ordered to show up Dykstra's house and got there at midnight.
He arrived an hour later and told her to get to work.
When she balked, he allegedly barked, "Get the f - - - out of my house. It's not going to work out. Just leave."
Dykstra, 47, then solicited a sex act in return for letting her "stay the night," the papers claim.
After she told him he was being disrespectful, Dykstra put his hands on her breasts "while trying to push her onto the bed," she says.
Then she went to the local sheriff, but prosecutors declined to pursue the case. Her new court papers seek monetary damages from Dykstra's bankruptcy proceedings. Dykstra did not return an email seeking comment.
